I'm considering starting another blog. I'd like to lose some weight, and think it would be a good accountability tactic. I've read a couple of other blogs lately where people use it to blog about their progress or detractions. One girl takes pictures of the food she eats and keeps track of her Weight Watchers POINTS that way.
I can track the exercise progress as well. Suggestions?

Ugh, I'm looking for someone to help hold me accountable! But I have such a hard time getting to the computer at night. . . .losing weight sucks....what happened to our metabolism when we were 16?
