Holiday Weekend

We had a great weekend. Somewhat laidback, and definitely fun. Holiday parties abound.

Friday - Jules spent the night with Jett and Phoenix. Jeff and I went to his work holiday party.

Saturday - Mommy got to sleep in while Jeff brought Jules home. :-D Thank you for that!!!! Then we went out to breakfast and did a little shopping - Jeff and I decided that our gift to each other would be a new couch and chair... so we were looking for that. We kind of lost track of time... so we were a little late to get to Aunt Meredy's house for our family Christmas.


We all raked it in. We exchanged names, but my parents did stockings for all of us. They do it up right! Jeff and Jules were exhausted after such a busy day, so we went home to nap... then more shopping and Jules ended up spending the night with Grammy and Gramps so we could try to finish up our shopping (Target is open late this time of year...)


Sunday - Jules wore her super cute "Claus" outfit to church... then we immediately drove out to Bowie, for the Young Family Christmas Party. It was awesome to see everybody. I think we all had fun. Nana came over to our house for dinner afterward, and then Jett and Phoenix came over so that their parents could have a date night. FULL HOUSE! Exhausting and fun... that's what the holidays are all about!
